Lai Fung Holdings (01125) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 July 2016 dropped 13.1% year-on-year to HK$873.5 million.
The decrease is primarily due to a lower revaluation gain arising from the revaluation of the Group's investment properties for the year ended 31 July 2016 as compared to last year.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK5.4 cents.
The turnover was HK$2,043.5 million and gross profit was HK$1,088.8 million, an increase of 7.5% and 5% from a year earlier.
The proposed final dividend is HK0.36 cent (2015: HK0.33 cent) per share, payable on 27 January 2017.
