Lai Sun Garment (International) (00191) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 July 2016 dropped 47.1% year-on-year to HK$683.3 million.
Excluding the effect of property revaluations, net profit attributable to owners grew 40.5% year-on-year to HK$172 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK36.1 cents and HK36 cents.
The turnover was HK$1,972.1 million and gross profit was HK$1,084.5 million, an increase of 20.2% and 11.5% from a year earlier.
The proposed final dividend is HK1.21 cents (2015: HK1.1 cents) per share, payable on or about 27 January 2017.
