C C Land (01224) said it agreed to sell to China Evergrande Group (03333) the entire equity interest of Billion Sino Investments Limited and loan receivables for Rmb344.5 million and the entire equity interest of Xian Zhongyu Real Estate Company Limited for Rmb210.5 million.
Billion Sino and Xian Zhongyu holds 60% and 40% in Zhongyu Metropol, with a total completed and planned GFA of about 527,000 square metres consisting of residential, commercial, office and car park area in Xi'an.
C C Land expects to record a gain on the disposals of about HK$115 million. The proceeds will be applied as additional working capital of the Group.
