Guangzhou R&F Properties (02777) said the Group's contracted sales for November amounted to about Rmb3.32 billion with 272,900 square metres of GFA, a decrease of 43.8% and 36.5% from a year earlier.
For the first eleven months of 2016, accumulated contracted sales amounted to about Rmb56.13 billion with cumulative contracted sales area sold of about 4.29 million square metres, representing a year-on-year increase of 24% and 19%.
