China Aerospace (00031) said Zhang Jianheng will resign as a Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of both the Board and the Nomination Committee and Gong Bo will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of both the Board and the Nomination Committee, both effective from tomorrow.
The changes are made due to internal shift in duties of China Aerospace Science & Technology Corporation, the controlling shareholder of China Aerospace.
Gong was a Non-Executive Director of China Aerospace from June 2005 to March 2008, and has been serving as the Chief Engineer of China Aerospace Science & Technology Corporation since December 2016.
