Top Form International (00333) said its profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 31 December 2016 plunged 90.9% year-on-year to HK$1.701 million.
Basic earnings per share were HK0.79 cents.
The revenue was HK$535 million, a decrease of 13.5% from a year earlier.
Top Form said the first half results of its fiscal year continue to reflect the weakness of business demand and tightening of inventory levels we saw in the second half of last fiscal year.
The proposed interim dividend is HK5 cents (2015: HK5 cents) per share, payable on 29 March 2017.
