Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (ASMC) (03355) said its substantial shareholder NXP B.V had disposed about 409 million H shares and 12.64 million unlisted foreign shares to Pudong Science and Technology Investment (Cayman) Co., Ltd. on 19 April.
The disposed shares represent around 27.47% of the total issued share capital of ASMC.
After such disposal, NXP B.V. will cease to be a shareholder of ASMC.
The purchaser is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Pudong Science and Technology Investment Co., Ltd.
