Fairwood Holdings (00052) said its profit attributable to equity shareholders for the year ended 31 March 2017 rose 2.2% year-on-year to HK$205 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK161.43 cents and HK159.11 cents.
Revenue amounted to HK$2,580.9 million, an increase of 6.3% from a year earlier. Gross profit margin slightly dropped to 15.5% from 15.9% in 2016.
Profit from core operations, before the net gain on disposal of non-current assets held for sale from last year, recorded an increase of 8.6% to HK$205.3 million.
The Board recommends to pay a final dividend of HK58 cents (2016: HK55 cents) per share and a special final dividend of HK50 cents (2016: HK45 cents) per share, payable on or before 3 October 2017.
