CMBC Capital (01141) said it agreed to subscribe for notes issued by China Evergrande Group (03333) in the amount of US$20 million due 2023 at an interest of 7.5% per annum.
CMBC Capital believes the subscription is complementary to the Group's development strategy and will generate stable income for the Group.
