The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has recently completed an enquiry into the shareholding of Da Sen Holdings (01580) and found that as at 7 June 2017, 9 shareholders held an aggregate of 210 million shares, representing 28.15% of the issued shares.
Such shareholding, together with the 516 million shares (representing 69.08% of the issued Shares) held by 9 substantial shareholders of Da Sen Holdings, represented 97.23% of the issued shares as at 7 June 2017. Therefore, only 20.69 million shares (representing 2.77% of the issued shares) were held by other shareholders.
