China State Construction International (CSCI) (03311) said it proposes to raise about HK$6,356 million through a rights issue on the basis of one rights share for every eight existing shares held at HK$11.33 per rights share.
The subscription price represents a discount of about 9.36% to the closing price of HK$12.5.
The estimated net proceeds of no less than about HK$6,307 million will be applied for further development and expansion of the Group's business and for general working capital of the Group.
