China U-Ton (06168) said it agreed to acquire 51% equity interest in Beijing Yourui Jiahe Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. at a maximum of Rmb321.3 million.
The target company is principally engaged in the study and analysis on particulars in the air and the research and development, production and sale of related environmental protection products and services, as well as application in the internet of things industry. Its principal activities include various environmental protection related businesses such as the dust and noise online monitoring system for construction works, intelligent environmental vehicle video system and environmental steward service system.
