Angang Steel (00347) said it proposes to issue H share convertible corporate bonds of not more than US$300 million or its equivalent in other currencies.
The convertible bonds will be convertible into about 217 million H shares of Angang Steel.
The proceeds will mainly be used for satisfaction of Angang Steel's operation needs, adjustment to the debt structure, replenishment of working capital and other purposes.
