The offer price has been determined at HK$0.35 per share, the upper end of the indicative price range of HK$0.25 to HK$0.35. The estimated net proceeds amount to about HK$38.2 million.
Dealings in shares of Prosperous Printing are expected to commence tomorrow morning, with a board lot size of 10,000 shares each.
Prosperous Printing is a provider of printing products to Hong Kong-based print brokers with customers in overseas markets and to international publishers mainly located in the U.S., U.K., Australia and Europe (excluding U.K.). Its products comprise mainly books and other paper-related products.
