Future Bright Mining (02212) said the Group disposed on-market of a total of 11.94 million shares in Basetrophy Group Holdings (BGHL) (08460) in a series of transactions conducted between 20 October 2017 and 9 February 2018, at the price between HK$0.17 and HK$0.25 per BGHL share for an aggregate gross sale proceeds of about HK$2.57 million (excluding transaction costs).
The disposed shares represent around 1.19% of the issued share capital of BGHL. After the disposal, the Future Bright Mining Group does not hold any BGHL shares.
The Future Bright Mining Group is expected to recognize a gain of about HK$27,340 from the disposal.
BGHL is principally engaged in provision of foundation and related works, including site formation works and other geotechnical engineering works which are carried out in Hong Kong.
