China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings (CALC) (01848) said its profit attributable to shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2017 rose 15.1% year-on-year to HK$735 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK$1.088 and HK$1.084.
Revenue amounted to HK$1,017 million, a decrease of 12.5% from a year earlier.
For the year 2017, the Group delivered 26 aircraft, building its fleet size to 107.
The proposed final dividend is HK42 cents (2016: HK39 cents) per share, payable on or about 5 June.
