China Harmony New Energy Auto Holding Limited (03836) said its subsidiary Henan Hexie Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. has agreed to acquire equity interests or assets of three companies.
The acquisition targets own a Ferrari outlet in Kunming (the only outlet in Yunnan Province), a Bentley outlet in Shijiazhuang (the only outlet in Hebei Province) and an Audi outlet in Beijing, which is close to one of the BMW outlets of the Group located in Beijing with synergy effect, respectively.
