The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited (00032) said Rose Dynamics Limited (the offeror) intends to make a voluntary conditional general cash offer to acquire all of the offer shares of the company.
The price is HK$14 for each offer share. On the assumption that the offer is accepted in full and on the basis that there will be 287.79 million offer shares, the value of the offer is approximately HK$4,029.1 million.
The offeror intends to maintain the listing status of the company on the Stock Exchange.
