<ET Net News Agency, 16 November 2011> Coastal Greenland (01124) said it expects the
Group will record a consolidated net profit for the six months ended 30 September 2011 as
compared to a consolidated net loss for the corresponding period in 2010.
The turnaround to profit is mainly attributable to the increase in the number of
completed property units delivered by the Group to the purchasers in the six months ended
30 September 2011 as compared to the corresponding period.
Its interim results announcement is expected to be released on 29 November.
