<ET Net News Agency, 12 December 2011> Modern Beauty Salon (00919) said it has been
informed by chairperson Tsang Yue Joyce that she completed a restructuring whereby
shareholding interests in Modern Beauty in her personal capacity and through controlled
corporations had been transferred to a family trust set up by her.
Tsang transferred about 5.91 million shares to Allied Wealth Ltd. as well as the entire
issued share capital of each of Silver Compass, Silver Hendon and Allied Wealth Ltd. to
Goldlite.
Upon completion, interest of Tsang and parties in concert will remain unchanged at
68.7%.
