Optics Valley Union (00798) said it proposed to declare a final dividend of HK3.2 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2013.
Subject to the approval by the shareholders at the AGM, the company shall pay the final dividend to the shareholders whose names appear on the register of members on 20 June.
