TOM Group (02383) said it reported a profit attributable to shareholders of HK$29.46 million for the six months ended 30 June 2014, as compared to the loss of HK$113 million for the same period in 2013.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK0.76 cents.
The revenue was HK$727 million, a decrease of 25.5% from a year earlier. The operating loss before disposal gain amounted to HK$106 million.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
