China Cinda Asset Management (01359) said its net profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended 30 June 2014 rose 30.3% year-on-year to Rmb5,296 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb15 cents.
Total income amounted to Rmb25,774 million, an increase of 38.1% from a year earlier. Return on average shareholders' equity and return on average assets were 13.3% and 2.5%, as compared to 14.6% and 3% for the same period last year.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
