CGN Meiya Power (01811) said its retail offering was over-subscribed by about 556.3 times and the international offering was significantly over-subscribed.
The offer price has been determined at HK$1.71 per share, with estimated net proceeds of about HK$1,849.4 million.
Dealings in shares of CGN Meiya Power are expected to commence on 3 October, with a board lot size of 2,000 shares each.
CGN Meiya Power is a diversified independent power producer in Asia in terms of fuel type and geography, with a portfolio of gas-fired, coal-fired, oil-fired, hydro, cogen and fuel cell power generation projects and a steam project in the PRC and Korea.
