Fullshare (00607) said it agreed to acquire the entire equity interest in Jiangsu Anjiali Zhiye Company Limited at Rmb438 million.
The principal asset of the Anjiali Group is three parcels of land located at Nanjing City and Jurong City of Jiangsu Province. The sites have a total site area of about 343,648 square metres and a total gross floor area of about 1.08 million square metres, with land use right of 70 years for residential purpose and 40 years for commercial purpose. The projects on the sites include property development comprising residential units, retail uses, car parking spaces and ancillary facilities.
