Dickson Concepts (00113) said it reported a loss attributable to equity shareholders of HK$110 million for the year ended 31 March 2015, as compared to the profit of HK$155 million for the previous financial year.
The basic and diluted loss per share was HK28.5 cents.
The turnover was HK$4,322 million, a decrease of 0.7% from a year earlier.
Comparable store sales, adjusted for discontinued and new stores, decreased by 4.2%. As a result of a change in sales mix and in order to maximise sales in the face of the significant decline in the retail markets in which the Group operates, particularly in Hong Kong, China and Singapore, margins were lowered by 2.6 percentage points.
The proposed final dividend is HK6 cents (2014: HK20 cents) per share, payable on or about 7 August.
