Fufeng Group (00546) said its profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2015 rose 50.5% year-on-year to Rmb413.5 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb19.59 cents and Rmb18.55 cents.
The revenue was Rmb5,631 million, a decrease of 1.3% from a year earlier. Gross profit grew 0.9% to Rmb1,037 million.
The proposed interim dividend is HK4.5 cents (2014: HK3 cents) per share, payable on or before 15 October.
