Guangdong Kanghua Healthcare (03689) said the over-allotment option has been partially exercised in respect of 394,000 additional H shares, representing about 0.47% of the offer shares initially available under the global offering to cover over-allocations in the international offering.
The over-allotment shares will be allotted and issued by Kanghua Healthcare at HK$11.6 per H share.
The additional net proceeds amount to about HK$4.57 million.
