China SCE Property (01966) said the Group and its joint ventures achieved a contracted sales amount of about Rmb1.821 billion and a contracted sales area of 141,860 square metres, representing a year-on-year decrease of 27% and 9%. The average selling price was Rmb12,834 per square metre.
For the first 11 months of 2016, the group achieved an accumulated contracted sales amount of about Rmb19.833 billion and an accumulated contracted sales area of about 1.39 million square metres, representing a year-on-year increase of 47% and 19%. The average selling price was Rmb14,287 per square metre.
