Eminence Enterprise (00616) said its loss attributable to owners for the year ended 31 March 2017 narrowed to HK$26.63 million from HK$69.27 million for the previous financial year.
The decrease in loss is because of the decrease of HK$20.61 million in loss on changes in fair value of investment properties during the year, and without the write-down of properties held for development for sale during the year as compared to last year of HK$15.51 million.
The basic and diluted loss per share was HK$0.02.
The Group recorded revenue of HK$36.52 million, a decrease of 64.7% from a year earlier. The decrease in revenue was largely caused by the gradually cessation of garment sourcing and export businesses segment.
No final dividend will be distributed.
