Jingrui Holdings (01862) said Lee Chian Jie has tendered his resignation as the head of corporate finance and investor relations and joint company secretary and will cease to act as an authorised representative with effect from today due to personal reason for pursuing other opportunities.
Lee has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board.
Jiang Bingxian has been appointed to replace Lee as one of the joint company secretaries and authorised representatives with effect from today. Lai Siu Kuen, currently the other joint company secretary, will remain as a joint company secretary.
