Fantasia (01777) and Colour Life Services Group (01778) said certain subsidiaries of Colour Life proposed to acquire from certain subsidiaries of Fantasia the entire beneficial interest in Shenzhen Xingfu Wanxiang Investment Partnership Co. (Limited Partnership) and the entire equity interest in Wanxiangmei Property Management Co., Ltd. at Rmb2,012.52 million.
Shenzhen Wanxiang is principally engaged in the business of property management. Shenzhen Wanxiang holds 99% of the equity in Wanxiangmei Property Management, which is principally engaged in the business of property management.
