Royal Deluxe (03789) said Wang Kei Ming has resigned from the position of chief executive officer with effect from today so as to comply with the Listing Rules.
Wang will continue to serve the company as an executive Director and the chairman of Board.
Chao Lai Heng has been appointed as the CEO with effect from the same day. Chao is the indirect controlling shareholder of Royal Deluxe. Chao is the spouse of Wang.
