SITC International (01308) said its profit attributable to shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2017 rose 53.6% year-on-year to US$189 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were US7.15 cents and US7.12 cents.
Revenue amounted to US$1,348 million, an increase of 10.9% from a year earlier.
Gross profit grew 26.2% year-on-year to US$252 million, which translated to an increase in gross profit margin to about 18.7% for 2017 from about 16.4% for 2016.
The proposed final dividend is HK20 cents (2016: HK16 cents) per share, payable on 30 May.
