Powerlong Commercial Management Holdings Limited (09909) said its profit attributable to the owners of the company for the year ended 31 December 2020 amounted to RMB305.1 million, representing an increase of 70.8% as compared with RMB178.6 million for the year ended 31 December 2019. The board recommends the payment of a final dividend of HK$0.18 per ordinary share.
Revenue of the group amounted to RMB1,921.2 million, representing an increase of 18.6% as compared with RMB1,620.5 million for the year ended 31 December 2019.
