Sitoy Group (01023) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 30 June 2014 rose 25.9% year-on-year to HK$504 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK50.35 cents.
The revenue was HK$3,856.8 million, an increase of 14.8% from a year earlier.
Gross profit margin has increased to 26% compared with 23.3% for the previous year which was mainly due to tighter cost control and change in customer mix in manufacturing business as well as further expansion of retail business which contributed higher gross profit margin.
The proposed final dividend is HK18 cents (2013: HK16 cents) per share, payable on or before 12 December.
