Tse Sui Luen Jewellery (00417) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 28 February 2015 dropped 46.7% year-on-year to HK$39.76 million.
The basic and diluted earnings per share were HK18.9 cents.
The turnover was HK$3,871 million, a decrease of 4.6% from a year earlier.
As a result of the reduced sales of 24-karat gold products made by the Group during the reporting year and careful monitoring of gross margins, the Group's overall consolidated gross margin improved from 43.7% to 46.5% during the year.
The proposed final dividend is HK3.7 cents (2014: HK7 cents) per share, payable on 9 September.
