Daiwa raised the target price for ND Paper (02689) to HKD5.5 from HKD5 and maintained the "buy" rating.
The research house said with the plastic ban in China coming into force in 2025 per the government mandate, it believes the industry demand/supply dynamics will improve in FY25, driving further dollar margin recovery towards management's target of CNY100-200.
