China Resources Land Limited (01109) said for the month ended 31 July 2019, the group achieved gross contracted sales of RMB12.65 billion with contracted GFA of 720,168 square metres, down by 40.9% and 8.6% YoY respectively. Over the same period, attributable contracted sales achieved RMB7.77 billion with contracted GFA of 529,161 square metres.
Gross contracted sales for the first seven months of 2019 achieved RMB131.47 billion with contracted GFA of 6,979,908 square metres, up by 13.7% and 7.4% YoY respectively.
