Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd. (02777) said on 10 August 2020, it has entered into a non-binding expression of interest (EOI) with an affiliate of The Blackstone Group Inc. Pursuant to the EOI, it is proposed that the company will transfer 70% interest in the Guangzhou International Airport R&F Integrated Logistics Park.
The company and the purchaser continue to discuss the definitive terms of the proposed transaction, and as of 29 September 2020, material progress has been made.
