TENCENT (00700) and MEITUAN-W (03690) registered HK$480.35 million and HK$352.28 million of short sales, accounting for 4.84% and 3.55% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 23.99% and 33.74% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF closed down HK$0.02, or 0.03%, to HK$58.1. TRACKER FUND ended down HK$0.03, or 0.18%, to HK$16.46. TENCENT fell HK$1, or 0.33% to HK$300.8. MEITUAN-W declined by HK$1, or 1.01%, to HK$97.7.
