S. Culture International Holdings Limited (01255) said it is expected that the group will record a net loss in the range of HK$3 to HK$4 million for the six months ended 30 June 2019 as compared to a net loss of HK$0.4 million for the corresponding period in 2018.
The expected increase was mainly attributable to (1) the absence of a one-off gain on disposal of property for the period of HK$7.57 million recorded in the corresponding period in 2018; and (2) the increase in management expenses as a result of the expansion of the management team in view of the future development of the group.
