Canvest Environmental Protection Group Company Limited (01381) said its subsidiary Canvest Environmental Investment has entered into a JV agreement with SIIC Environment Tech. They agreed to establish a JV company, which will be principally engaged in the investment, construction and operation of the waste-to-energy (WTE) project located in the Yangtze River Delta region.
The registered capital of the JV company shall be HK$30 million. The company shall contribute HK$9 million in cash towards the registered capital of the JV company and hold 30% of the equity interest in the JV company.
