China Overseas Property Holdings Limited (02669) said its profit attributable to owners of the company was HK$248.5 million for the six months ended 30 June 2019, a year-on-year increase of 12.5%. The earnings per share were HK7.56 cents. An interim dividend of HK2.2 cents will be distributed.
The revenue was HK$2,400.4 million, a year-on-year increase of 25.9%.
