Minmetals Land Limited (00230) said the contracted sales of the company together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates in the first nine months of 2019 reached RMB6.26 billion and the corresponding contracted gross floor area amounted to 327,000 square metres with an average selling price of RMB19,200 per square metre. The company's contracted sales in the first nine months of 2019 has increased 50.7% as compared to the corresponding period last year.
