China South City Holdings Limited (01668) said the group recorded the contracted sales of HK$7,733 million for the first half of FY2019/20 ended 30 September 2019 (from 1 April to 30 September 2019), with gross floor area of 874,800 sq. m. at an average selling price of HK$8,800/sq.m. As compared to the contracted sales of the same period of last fiscal year, it represented a year-on-year increase of 13.7% (FY2018/19 first half year: HK$6,803 million).
The contracted sales of the second quarter of FY2019/20 (from 1 July to 30 September 2019) was HK$4,139 million which represented an increase of 15.2% when compared to that of the last quarter (from 1 April to 30 June 2019: HK$3,594 million).
