UBS Global Research lifted its target price for AviChina Industry & Technology (02357) to HK$7.1 from HK$4.7 and maintained its "buy" rating.
The research house said AviChina in December 2020 integrated its helicopter assets, which provided a big boost to its net profit. UBS forecasted it to post a net profit CAGR of over 20% in 2021-23.
UBS raised its 2021/22 net profit estimates by 38.8%/52.1% to Rmb2.42bn/Rmb2.94bn, and its EPS estimates by 12.4%/23.2% to Rmb0.31/Rmb0.38.
